APS Arosio S.p.A. is a company that has always been careful to the needs of interested parties: all managers and members have made a formal commitment by adopting a Code of Ethics which has also been signed by employees and collaborators.
The company has also adopted a 231 Model for greater protection of the public sector, employees and the market and has appointed the Supervisory Body: an independent control body that can be involved for any information or report.

Based on best practices, the reports that you will send to the following e-mail dv231@apsarosio.com (specific for the Supervisory Body), are managed in such a way as to ensure maximum protection for those who send communications or requests for information.

All e-mails sent will be managed in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196 of 2003 on data protection as defined in the general conditions of this site.
