Born from the passion and entrepreneurial skills of Mr. Claudio Arosio, combined with his outstanding qualities of innovation, APS Arosio S.p.A. is now the leader company, in Italy and abroad, in the manufacturing and distribution of frames to contain Air Handling Units (AHU).
The advanced technological expertise of its Research & Developing Department, combined with the high quality of the materials employed, make APS Arosio the leader on the AHU market: all the biggest manufacturers use Arosio's System.
APS Arosio has a strong manufacturing flexibility. It can meet even the most demanding requests of the manufacturers and offer several Systems in its catalogue, multiple variants of corners and profiles, along with a wide range of air control systems, such as dampers, droplet separators, louvers and flexible duct connectors.
APS Arosio has its logistics, technical and sales offices in areas of greatest interest, where top AHU manufacturers operate. It distributes its products all over the world thanks to a widespread network of retailers and four subsidiaries in Europe and America, who take care of assembling parts on site. APS Arosio plays an active role across the whole production chain, from production of extruded profiles (thanks to its collaboration with APS Arosio Extrusion S.p.A., a company specialised in extruding standard aluminium profiles or custom-made) to sales of assembled products.

DESIGN
APS Arosio .p.A. studies and personalizes needs of each customer. Each requested project is technically studied and developed to guarantee the best performance. The high quality standards of CAD3D design, combined with in-depth FEM analysis, are the basis of the development of APS Arosio products and allow you to take advantage of the ISO 9001: 2015 certification.

Production
APS Arosio stands out for its extreme manufacturing flexibility and customer service, with which it can make products designed based on the client's specific needs and reference market.
Each one of the Group's manufacturing site is structured to autonomously manage all processing stages, ensuring quick production time and delivery of materials, even for customized jobs. To promptly respond to clients' requests, APS Arosio ensures the following services:
Cutting
Supply of profiles matching the client's specific length request. This is a technically simple and yet very useful operation to ensure the most efficient service, as it considerably reduces costs for the client's production cycle.
NUMERICAL CONTROL WORKING CENTRE
In our plant in Milano we have introduced a numerical control working centre to conduct mechanical processing such as drilling, threading and milling on profiles up to six metres long. A top professional service provided to meet the most demanding of requests.
ASSEMBLY
The assembly division of APS Arosio is made up of highly qualified personnel specialized in the preparation of pre-assembled semi-finished products. This phase is aimed at simplifying the assembly of the control units by the end customer. Particular attention is therefore paid to the assembly of shutters, anti-vibration mounts, drop eliminators, grilles and frames.
WAREHOUSE
APS Arosio keeps in stock all the products in its catalogue. The company's philosophy is to deliver the product as soon as possible. This is why each production site has a logistics structure with suitable areas and equipment to ensure service to the client in a short space of time.
