CLASS 4 DAMPER WITH CAM SYSTEM 100 MM PITCH
As for airthightness, Class 4 damper marks the highest efficiency level, according to the european norm UNI EN 1751:2003. Designed by APS Arosio Reasearch and Development Centre, this damper combines a special set of gaskets, covering caps for the blades and cams mechanism. An efficient damper with an easy assembling, made up of top level materials for high perfomances.
Construction:
• Frame - Extruded aluminum, EN AW 6060 T6, thickness 1.8 mm
• Blade - Extruded aluminum, EN AW 6060 T6, airfoil design
• Cams mechanism
• Flocked covers for blade profiles
• Special set of gaskets in TPE-V on the blades and in EPDM on the shoulders
• Shaft - galvanised steel, 12 mm x 12 mm square (with slot indicating open/close)
Design:
• Temperature - working condition range of -15°C / +80°C
• Blade - 100 mm pitch
• Cams mechanism - housed inside the shoulder profile.• Materials according to ROHS / PAK
