CLASSE 2/3 MICRO 50 MM - [SCAMBIATORE CALORE]
The new APS Arosio Micro damper for heat exchanger has been developed to meet the needs of all heat exchangers producers. Its special design, combined with APS Arosio peculiar system (hidden mechanism into the shoulder profiles) generated a damper that maintains the characteristics of sturdiness, reliability and tightness adding a new special motor support (KITMOTOMIC). This has to be hooked to the shoulder profiles. Different types of gaskets are available in order to reach different temperatures and tightness classes (Class 2 or Class 3).
Construction
- Frame - Extruded aluminum, EN AW 6060 T6, thickness 1.8 mm
- Blade - Extruded aluminum, EN AW 6060 T6, airfoil design
- Gear mechanism - polypropylene with minimum water absorption
- Shafts - brass and galvanised steel shaft, 8 mm x 8 mm square (with slot indicating open/close)
- Certified silicon and halogen agents free
Design
- Temperature - working condition range of -15°C / +80°C
- Blade - 40 mm pitch
- Gear mechanism - housed inside the shoulder profile.
- Materials according to ROHS / PAK
